Standard Clip Tab Cap

| This cap is frequently referred to as a clip cap or "H" plate.
It is most commonly used on steel beam load carrying members.
Its simple clip-on installation makes it a favorite among
construction workers. The four bolt holes also allow for bolting to beam if desired. |

| This style cap plate is most frequently used on wood beams and attached by simply nailing or lag bolting (or both) to a wood load carrying beam. The four elongated 9/16" x 1" holes also make this cap plate an excellent choice for bolting to steel beams. |
